2020 Halloween Sessions | Austin Children’s Photographer

I LOVE Halloween. Costumes and costume design has always dabbled in costume design and construction. Making my children’s Halloween costumes or helping them find exactly what they want has always been one of my favorite things. My kiddos are older. My son’s birthday is near Halloween and his first Halloween he was a teeny tiny pumpkin. My daughter was almost a year old at her first Halloween and I made her the CUTEST little ladybug costume. That year my son was a firefighter. His costume was ordered and of poor quality. The seams split before we got out the door to our mom’s group Halloween party. That was so frustrating, but we had fun at our Halloween party anyway. I brought a Kitty Litter Cake and it successfully grossed everyone out. But people tried it anyway.

Now they are older and the boy DOES not like photos and hasn’t let me make his portrait in a long time. The girl poses for me every Halloween, Christmas, and in her dance costume every recital season. I look forward to the studio’s annual Halloween Sessions. It is so much fun seeing the kiddos in costume every year.

This year’s Limited Edition Halloween Sessions will be limited to only 15 slots. I have to spread out the bookings to allow for sanitation between clients due to Covid19. I’ve opened up for pre-booking. The pre-booking price will go up to $95 after Sept 15. Book before Sept 15 and you’ll receive a 5×7 Fine Art Gallery Print of your favorite image. This year’s themed backdrop is attached to the product in the booking area. Plus we do a simple gray, dark backdrop that really shows off the costumes.

These sessions can include children and their parents in costume. Please, due to covid19, same household, immediate family ONLY. We practice social distancing and will be wearing our masks while in the studio.
